When you sign up:
- Your full name
- Email address
- Phone number

Domain registration:
We register a .com domain at Namecheap in your name. Namecheap's WHOIS records will reflect the information you provide. Your domain belongs to you.
Analytics:
We use a self-hosted instance of GoatCounter on our own server. GoatCounter records page-view counts only — no cookies, no fingerprinting, no personal data, no individual visitor tracking. See Section 5.
WhatsApp:
If you contact us through WhatsApp Business (713-291-0881), those messages are stored by Meta under Meta's Privacy Policy. We do not control how Meta stores your messages.
What we do not collect:
- Social Security numbers or government ID numbers
- Date of birth
- Any sensitive personal information beyond what you voluntarily provide
If you email or message us directly, we receive and retain whatever you include in that message.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information only to deliver and support the service:
- Build and host your landing page at your registered .com
- Register your domain at Namecheap in your name
- Process your monthly billing through Stripe
- Send transactional emails via Resend — page-ready confirmation, billing receipts, renewal notices, service updates
- Respond to support questions you send us directly
- Understand aggregate site traffic through privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics
4. Who We Share Your Information With
We share your information only with the vendors we need to deliver the service:
- Stripe — Payment processing and subscription billing. Stripe receives your payment details directly and is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Namecheap — Domain registration. Namecheap receives your name and contact information for WHOIS registration records. Your domain is registered in your name. Namecheap's own privacy policy governs their data handling.
- Resend — Transactional email delivery. Resend receives your email address and the content of transactional emails (page confirmations, billing receipts, service notices). Resend does not receive payment details.
- GoatCounter (self-hosted) — Analytics. Our GoatCounter instance runs on our own server. No data is sent to a third-party analytics provider. GoatCounter collects only anonymized, aggregated page-view counts.
- Meta (WhatsApp) — If you contact us on WhatsApp, those messages pass through Meta's infrastructure under Meta's own policies.
- Hosting infrastructure — Our VPS provider (located in the United States) hosts the server. Provider access logs may be retained per their own policies.
We do not share your information with data brokers, advertisers, or any party not listed above, except as required by law. We do not sell personal information — period.
If required by a valid court order or applicable law, we may disclose information. Where legally permitted, we will notify you first.
5. Analytics — GoatCounter
We use a self-hosted instance of GoatCounter for site analytics. Here is what that means in plain English:
- No cookies — GoatCounter does not set any cookies on your browser.
- No fingerprinting — GoatCounter does not build a profile of your device or browser.
- No personal data — GoatCounter stores only aggregated page-view counts. It does not store your IP address or link you to a specific page view.
- No third-party data sharing — Our GoatCounter runs on our own server. No data is shared with a third-party analytics company.
We use this data solely to understand which pages receive traffic. We cannot identify individual visitors.
6. Cookies and Tracking
Texas Footprint site: We do not set advertising, tracking, or analytics cookies. GoatCounter does not use cookies (see Section 5).

No retargeting or ad pixels: We do not run Facebook Pixel, Google Ads tags, or any other advertising or conversion-tracking scripts on this site.
Managing cookies: You can manage or delete cookies in your browser settings. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal to the extent required by applicable law.
7. Data Retention
- Active client data (name, contact info, service area, page content) — kept while your subscription is active and your page is hosted.
- Billing records — kept for 7 years after your subscription ends, as required by Texas tax law.
- Page and hosting data — deleted within 30 days of cancellation, unless you request earlier deletion.
- Email correspondence — kept until the matter is resolved, and for up to 2 years afterward.
- Stripe records — retained per Stripe's own data retention policies. We have no control over Stripe's retention schedule.
- Namecheap records — your domain registration information is held by Namecheap per their policies and ICANN rules for as long as the domain is registered.
- GoatCounter analytics — stored as anonymized, aggregated counts. No individual-visitor records are kept.
